Open source column load take-down app, especially useful for tall concrete buildings.
NYU Tandon thesis project (Advisor: Masoud Ghandehari). A low-cost cellular accelerometer node for structural health monitoring of transmission towers in Puerto Rico — Nordic Thingy:91 X with onboard ADXL367, LTE-M telemetry, a solar-assisted power front end, and a Supabase / PostgREST cloud pipeline streaming triaxial acceleration as a continuous FIFO batch. Sensor viability was benchmarked against a LORD S-200 reference: calibrated magnitude correlation ≈ 0.955, RMSE ≈ 0.040 g, and FFT amplitude correlation ≈ 0.952 over 0–12.5 Hz.

Note: this project is an artifact of a time where models couldn't accurately pull from bldg-code. gpt5.5 and opus 4.7. very accurately pull from building codes without "building-code-api's".
